The Virginia Real Estate Solutions Team

We are a team of 7 real estate agents and 2 support staff that work together to successfully secure, maintain, and sell REO properties.

Rob Alley – Rob, a licensed agent, leads our team, Virginia Real Estate Solutions LLC, as a listing agent for REO properties. Rob has extensive experience with short sales and is a leading agent in the Central Virginia market in listing and selling distressed properties. He has a pool of investors and buyers that are looking to purchase short sales and REO listings and any other investment property.

Quinn Beversluis – Quinn, a licensed agent with a construction background, specializes in securing, repairing, and maintaining REO listings. Quinn is able to quickly get the necessary cleaning and repairs done so properties can be sold with little hassle.

Barb Slaughter – Barb, a licensed agent, works with buyers and sellers for our team. She is the buyer specialist on Virginia Real Estate Solutions LLC, and is proficient in buyer representation for distressed property sales. She is fluent in Sign Language and handles all our hearing impared customer base.

Rory Lee-Washington – Rory, a licensed agent, manages our satellite office in Lynchburg, VA. He gives us the ability to better handle western rural areas, as well as expand to the Lynchburg market.

Travis Rexrode – Travis, a licensed agent, is part of our support staff and handles phone calls, organizes files, and keeps many of the details organized allowing us to handle a high volume of transactions.

David Mattox – David, also part of our support staff, insures our files meet all the necessary requirements and standards for compliance with the State of Virginia. He also assists with the tracking of timelines on all our files and manages our BPO team.

Linda Maxwell – Linda, a licensed agent, manages our satellite office in Goochland County, VA. She gives us the ability to better handle eastern rural areas, as well as expand to the Richmond market.
